RETURNS at "WELTENBUERGER US"

 

Our vintage items are previously worn clothes, which means they may show signs of age. All vintage items, shoes, and accessories are non-returnable.

 

vintage & new:

•  We do not offer returns on items that do not fit, as we provide accurate measurements for each piece.

 

•  We do not take returns for slight color variance. Please remember your personal monitor settings may be different than ours.

 

•  Sale and Clearance items are final sale. No returns, refunds, or exchanges for items on sale.

 

Feel free to ask us all questions before purchasing items. We keep photos and inspect each item carefully. P lease do not purchase vintage items to try on and return !!!

We do take returns for items that are grossly misrepresented or if you were sent the wrong item . On that rare occasion we will refund you with a store credit or an exchange only.

 

If you need to return an item you are required to return it as follows, or else we will not accept the item returned:

 

•  Email us within 24 hours of your delivery date that you want to return the item & if there are any other items you want to exchange it for. You must email us a return request ... here.

 

•  The item needs to be returned to us in the exact same condition as we sent it out in. NO odors such as smoke or perfume, or any alterations, split seams, stains, or make-up smudges. If the item is NOT in the same condition we reserve the right to reject the refund & you will have to pay for shipping to get the item returned to you.

 

•  All returns must be received within 7 days of your delivery date, if shipped within the US. and 14 days internationally.

 

•  All shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

•  We are not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail.
